Q1: Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the United States, with international shipping available to select countries.

Q2: How long does delivery take?

United States: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, usually 7–15 business days.

Q3: How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Q4: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q5: What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@energydiscountsllc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Q6: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that gift cards, clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse or neglect are non-returnable.
